2. Definitions

- “Customer” means any individual or legal entity that purchases one or more digital products or services from PG Consulting.

- “Products” refers to all online courses, guides, digital tools and consulting services offered by PG Consulting, including but not limited to Online Store Setup, Automated Clients, “From Click to Cash,” and Fast Shipping & Suppliers.

- “DFY Services” (“Done-For-You”) includes funnel copywriting, VSL/webinar installation, CRM & automation setup, call scheduling integration, and sales-script optimization.

3.5. DFY (Done-For-You) Services

- High-converting copy for funnels (VSLs, tripwires, etc.)

- Full funnel, CRM, and automation implementation

- Calendar/call-booking setup

- Sales-script development & optimization

4. Pricing, Currency & Payment Methods

- Currency: All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD) and in some cases in Euro (EUR).

- Payment Methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other cards processed via Stripe.

- Processing Fees: Included in the listed price. All transactions comply with PCI DSS standards and occur over HTTPS.

5. Delivery & Access

- Digital Delivery: Access links and credentials are emailed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

- Community Access: 7-day complimentary membership in the “Himalaya” Skool community.

6. Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

- Refunds: Eligible if you’ve completed at least 50 % of the course content, can demonstrate lack of results, and request a refund within 90 days of purchase.

- Subscription Cancellations: Cancel any time before renewal; access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

PG Consulting’s total liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the total amount paid by the Customer in the 12 months preceding the claim. PG Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

11. Legal & Export Restrictions

Customers must not use our services for unlawful purposes. Access from countries under international sanctions is prohibited.

12. Promotions & Discounts

Any promotional offers are subject to their own terms and will be displayed at the time of purchase.

13. Security & Compliance

- PCI DSS Compliant: Secure handling of payment card data.

- HTTPS Encryption: All site and payment communications occur over secure, encrypted connections.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
